TAKING THE  PERMIT TEST? If your student is going for their Learner's Permit they must have a School Verification Form to take their permit test. To obtain a School Verification Form you may submit a request form at the link below or by scanning the QR code to the left or outside of the Front Office. Verification Requests will be completed the following Monday. Students will be called to the front office to obtain a copy of their School Verification Form. Forms are good for 60 Days once completed, please be sure to obtain a form well in advance of your scheduled permit test date

At the initial application for an original Kentucky learner's permit or transfer license only, a 16-17 year old should submit to the Regional Driver License office, one of the following documents: (1) proof of graduation from high school or (2) proof of GED Completion, or (3) a signed and sealed School Compliance Verification: KRS 159-051 (obtained from the student's school). Don't forget to ask for an EXCUSE NOTE!

Parents, if your student plans to attend any school field trips this year and will need to take medication while on the field trip, please keep in mind that there is specific paperwork that must be turned in to the school nurse prior to the field trip. Please remember any 11th grader/16 year old is required to have an updated immunization record on file for a 2nd dose of meningococcal vaccine. Parents and Guardians, you can now pay your student's fees online. Look for the Fees tab in your parent account on Infinite Campus. Each student will have a $15 Chromebook Insurance Fee and a Student Fee. The student fee is $60 for one student, $50 each for two students (middle and/or high school) and $40 each for three or more students (middle and/or high school). You may have other fees due on your account and we ask you to take care of those as well at this time. We ask that you review the fees before you pay.
